Winter Elopement at Lake Dillon Marina / Bri & Sam / Dillon, CO
Dovile Reid Photography- Photography for the Adventurous
A stunning winter elopement dazzled by Colorado's finest alpine peaks topping out at 14,000 feet above sea level!
Bri & Sam were set on eloping among a vast and mountainous landscape. They were electrified to find the beauty that Lake Dillon had to offer for their special day.
Dillon Reservoir is nestled along the Ten Mile & Gore Mountain Ranges providing stunning alpine scenery. The Dillon Marina boasts to be the the highest deep-water marina in North America and is situated nearby the mountain towns of Frisco and Silverthorne - making it truly an incredible adventure-filled destination to celebrate your love!
The Cascade Queen- aka Dana Cortright provided the couple with "mountain weather" approved florals for their big day. Dana hand made each bouquet individually from sola wood, also known as Balsa wood that is derived from the tapioca plant. Not only did these bouquets look realistic and absolutely stunning, they were also able to survive the unpredictable Colorado weather and extended shipping all the way from New Jersey!
To finalize the "just us" experience, these two indulged in a picnic for two! A beautiful way to end a very intimate wedding day- a day that celebrated Sam & Bri's love and relationship on their own terms.
